Oldsmobile Bravada Review

Do not go there. Especially if you are buying for a teenager. They sold me a DEATH TRAP. They do not check their cars out before selling to customers. Mechanic told me, God had to be with me just getting it to his shop. Not fixable. Had the suv 1 month exactly, 300 miles driven. Stay away from this place or take your mechanic with you. He can see what we can't.

Worst Mistake Evr

Was given a total of three cars, and had to pay a ton of money that i was not accredited for. all cars were dangerous or unable to drive On November 12, 2012, I put $600 down on a 2001 Pontiac Grand AM, and was told that it was in great condition, and nothing was wrong with it. After having it for one week, I found out that there was $1000+ dollars of work needed and that it was unsafe to drive. On November 20, 2012, i took that car back to north broadway and they swapped an even trade out for a 2002 Ford Focus SE. However, I was given 4 *** options, and was not satisfied, and settled for the focus. I ended up putting $1200 worth of work into the focus--including fixing the window, coolant flush, new front axle and rod, and other things. On February 22, 2013 the Focus stopped starting, and after spending $200 on towing, and $330 of labor from Wildcat Ford looking at the vehicle, where they could not find what was wrong with it. I was forced to tow it back to North Broadway. They told me they would look at it as soon as they got it on February 26, 2013. After two days of them not contacting me and updating me on what was going on, they agreed to give me another vehicle, but enforced that i pay another $600 to get a new vehicle. When this happened, they tried to force me to take one of two vehicles, that i did not want. Where i have a two year old son, i could not take a "2-door" car, and i refused to take a car that had 192,000 miles on it. So on February 28, 2013, they ended up making me put down $600 on a 2001 Saturn LS200 with 134,000 miles. Where i am a single parent, a full time student, and make minimum wage working part time, and have very low-income, i expressed numerous times that i could not afford to do this.. But they still did not budge, forcing me to wipe out my entire savings--which i also told them. Also, where I had just purchased new tires for my Ford Focus, they refused to let me take my tires back or to even swap them out for the ones that was on the Saturn, which forced me to have to get new tires in order to ride safely. On March 1, 2013, i took the Saturn to S&S Tire for an oil change, where they made me aware that there was $1000+ worth of work that the car needed. Needless to say, I was not paying for anything else! I feel that they should have at least gave me a car that had minimum mechanical work needed, and tires that had some kind of tread on them. The tires on the Saturn that was given to me had absolutely no tread on them. When i took the vehicle back to north broadway on march 1, 2013 at 5:00pm, i was given the run around--even being told that i could not speak to the manager, and when i saw the manager and told him i needed to talk to him, he got hostile, told me he "was busy" and i could come by and talk to him the next day. I asked them for the owners number and the manager and sales rep told me they could not give it to me and that they didn't know his number. My mother was there to witness these actions. I feel cheated, and taken advantage of. --Getting back to the Saturn, I agreed to pay $4000 for both the pontiac and the focus, meaning that thats what i wanted to pay for whatever trade they gave me. but when it came to me being contracted, i was not aware that i was going to end up paying $8000 for this Saturn! And then i wasnt even credited for the monies i'd put in on the focus, and for the $260 per month i paid them from november. They started me basically at $0.--with the credit of the $600 down (that i should not have had to pay). So i feel that if i have to pay double what i was originally agreeing to pay, then they should at least give me a good vehicle, and not give me another *** car! Ive spent over $2000 on maintenance of each car they've given me. I am so angry with them because i've been so patient, and have tried to handle this personally with them. But now i feel like i have no choice but to go over their heads. (Also, with the pontiac and the focus, i ended up returning them on full tanks of gas, and they gave me that saturn on E, and wouldnt even give me any gas to replace what i'd given them)

Ive also had a terrible experience with them. Also a single mom.

They take advantage of the disadvantaged.. I will never buy nor recommend anyone else to North Broadway Auto Sales...

I have heard nothing but great reviews from people who have bought there. I bought a 2000 Saturn LS2 and it's great!

Test drive before you buy and if you are not mechanically inclined, take a mechanic with you. You always take a chance when buying a used car, dealer or not.
